To enable this change, we host the annual Tourism Employee Awards – Celebrate YOU, which focuses on fostering positive connections, professional development, and employee recognition.
Celebrate YOU emphasises the people, not the brand, and our annual winners become part of our esteemed alumni. Our VIPs are invited each year complimentary and receive reward credits to aid in upskilling and professional development, which they can pass on to a team member who may benefit more.
Anyone can nominate a peer or colleague each year, and our alumni are encouraged to “pay it forward” by nominating others.
This initiative unites those that are driven by a social mission to create positive change for tourism employees.
